Simplestream announces that its end-to-end white-label Cloud TV Platform has won a NewBay Product Innovation Award

London – 9 January 2018 – Simplestream, experts in live and on-demand OTT services, today announced that its future-proofed, multiscreen, end-to-end white-label Cloud TV Platform has won a NewBay Product Innovation Award, further positioning the company as a true leader in deploying next-generation OTT services. The award also tops off a fantastic year, which saw the company win an IBC Best of Show Award for its new VOD-in-a-Box Platform and receive a ‘highly commended’ at this year’s CSI Awards for its Cloud TV Platform.

The PIA (Product Innovation Award) program, launched in 2013, recognises excellence in the manufacturing of products to serve the TV/pro video and radio/online audio industries. Winners are selected by a panel of industry experts, with the evaluation criteria including: innovation of concept and design, creative use of technology, price value, and suitability for use in a broadcast TV/pro video or broadcast/online radio environment.

Dan Finch, Chief Commercial Officer at Simplestream said:
