As our Technical Pre-sales Engineer, you will be responsible for gathering technical requirements from new prospective clients as well as existing clients wishing to make technical changes to their service. You will prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation whilst working closely with the project manager or account manager to carefully manage clients’ expectations.
You will be required to support the Sales Team by providing technical responses to RFP’s, writing relevant documentation to assist in opportunity proposals, and being a technical resource in client meetings and workshops. You will assist in financial modelling based on technical requirements.
You will learn and understand the Simplestream product suite to allow you to demonstrate all parts of the solution as well as talk through high level architecture and any integrations required with 3rd parties.
